二、真正發菩提心，謂依妙境發無作四弘誓願，慜己慜他，上求下化。故經云：「又於其上張設幰蓋。」

Second is truly and genuinely generating the bodhicitta: namely, relying on the sublime realm to generate the unconditioned four vast vows, pitying oneself and pitying others, seeking above and converting below. Thus the sutra says: "Moreover, an awning was hung above it."
