智顗禪師，佛法雄傑時匠所宗，訓兼道俗國之望也。宜割始豐縣，調以充眾費。蠲兩戶民，用供薪水。主者施行。二月六日臣景歷。

"Dhyāna Master Zhiyi is a heroic master of the Buddhadharma, revered by the artisans of the era; his teachings encompass both the monastics and the laity, and he is the hope of the state. It is fitting to allocate the taxes of Shifeng County to supply the expenses of his assembly, and to exempt two households of commoners to provide firewood and water. Let the responsible officials carry this out. Sixth day of the second month. Your servant, [Lu] Jingli."
