為梵釋四王八部官屬持國護法諸天神等，願威權自在顯揚佛事，敬禮常住諸佛。

On behalf of Brahmā, Śakra, the Four Heavenly Kings, the devas and spirits who protect the nation and uphold the Dharma along with the eight classes of retainers: may their majestic authority be unimpeded in manifesting the Buddha’s work; reverently bow to the ever-abiding Buddhas.
