1.61

至心迴向我所有福德一切皆和合為諸眾生故，正迴向佛道，罪應如是懺，勸請隨喜福，迴向於菩提。迴向已禮諸佛。

With utmost sincerity I dedicate all my merit, uniting it completely for the sake of all living beings,
Directly dedicating it toward the Buddha path.
Offenses should be thus confessed;
The merits of entreaty and rejoicing in [others'] merit,
I dedicate toward bodhi.
Having dedicated the merit, pay homage to the Buddhas.
