陵和南。昨預沈儀同法席，餐奉甘露無畏之吼，眾咸歸伏。然正法炬，朗諸未悟，自慶餘年得逢妙說。尋事諮展，此不申心。謹和南。

Xu Ling bows with folded hands. Yesterday I participated in the Dharma assembly of Ceremonial Equal Shen, and partook of the nectar and the fearless roar, where the assembly all took refuge and submitted. Lighting the torch of the True Dharma to illuminate those not yet awakened, I congratulate myself that in my remaining years I have encountered this marvelous exposition. I shall soon consult and lay out my thoughts in person; herein I do not fully convey my heart. Respectfully I bow with folded hands.
