吳縣維衛、迦葉二像，願更聚合修復。鄮縣阿育王塔寺頹毀，願更修治。剡縣十丈彌勒石像金色剝壞，願更莊嚴。右三處功德乞修。沙門某敬白。

The two statues of Vipaśyin and Kāśyapa in Wu County: we vow to reassemble and restore them. The King Aśoka Stupa Monastery in Mao County is ruined: we vow to repair and rebuild it. The ten-zhang stone statue of Maitreya in Shan County has its gold color peeled and ruined: we vow to adorn it anew. The above three places of merit we beg to repair.
