問：若據陳都機緣減少，豈獨今日無機？抑亦玉泉虛唱傳法本令誘物，而却約時退人還善為師否？

Question: If based on the fact that capacities and conditions diminished in the capital of Chen, could it be that only today there are no capacities? Or is it that Yuquan's empty proclamation of transmitting the Dharma was originally to entice beings, but instead turning people back according to the times is rather good for being a teacher?
