問：《妙玄》三教三軌，既云從一開三，又一一皆以如來藏攝，何得却用觀心融之？此玄三教十法，未云從實開出，未成藏理融攝，何以却不用觀心融耶？

Question: As for the three tracks of the three teachings in the Miaoxuan, since it states that opening the three originates from the one, and each and every one is subsumed by the tathāgatagarbha, why would one instead use contemplation of mind to fuse them? As for the ten dharmas of the three teachings in this Xuan, they are not yet said to open out from the real, nor are they yet subsumed and fused by the principle of the garbha; why instead would one not use contemplation of mind to fuse them?
