問：《大意》本示《止觀》陰識是隨緣心，《輔行》乃指隨緣所成陰識能造如來，那作四句分之，云《大意》是隨緣染淨心、《止觀》是非染淨心耶？

Question: The Dayi originally demonstrated that the skandha-consciousness of the Zhiguan is the mind that accords with conditions, while the Fuxing indicates that the skandha-consciousness formed by according with conditions can create the Tathāgata; why do you divide them into four propositions, saying that the Dayi is the mind of defiled and pure conditioned arising, while the Zhiguan is the mind that is neither defiled nor pure?
