上人今云：觀六識之妄心，成三諦真心。又何得不許觀妄心造如來耶？又何得遙觀非染非淨之心造如來耶？應謂觀六識妄心轉作非染非淨真心之後，此之真心更隨淨緣方能造如來耶？

You now say: contemplating the deluded mind of the six consciousnesses accomplishes the true mind of the three truths. How then can you disallow that contemplating the deluded mind produces the Tathāgata? And how can you distantly contemplate the mind that is neither defiled nor pure as producing the Tathāgata? Must you claim that only after the deluded mind of the six consciousnesses is contemplated and transformed into the true mind that is neither defiled nor pure, does this true mind further follow pure conditions so as to be able to produce the Tathāgata?
