第四不得妄語，有則言有、無則言無，不得為利妄語、巧生誑妄言，須真實。汝能持否？

"Fourth: you must not speak falsely. If something is so, say it is so; if not, say it is not. You must not speak falsely for the sake of profit or cleverly produce deceptive, false speech; you must be truthful. Are you able to uphold it?"
