弟子（某甲）今於諸佛菩薩像前，真正發菩提心，眾生無邊誓願度，煩惱無數誓願斷，法門無量誓願學，佛道無上誓願成（三說）。

“I, the disciple [so-and-so], now before the images of the buddhas and bodhisattvas, genuinely generate the mind of awakening: Sentient beings are boundless; I vow to deliver them. Afflictions are innumerable; I vow to sever them. Dharma gates are measureless; I vow to learn them. The Buddha Way is supreme; I vow to achieve it.” (Speak three times.)
