上來施戒功德如虛空、等法界，普為一切眾生莊嚴實際、超脫輪迴，永證無生常住快樂。然後以此勝因，奉福護法諸天、三界賞罰威德靈聰，現前眾信住居香火本命星辰，上代家先、生身父母、冤家債主、欠命負財、法界有情俱霑利益，所冀地天交泰、清濁殊分、四海晏安、萬民樂業、風祥雨順、穀果豐成。次乞現前男女戒善所資，常臻吉慶、災衰蕩散、福智雲臨，覺世虛幻多修白業。仰惟三寶洞明、諸天昭鑒。為上因緣，和南聖眾（會散）。

The merit from conferring the precepts as above is like empty space, equal to the Dharma realm, adorning ultimate reality universally for all sentient beings, freeing them from saṃsāra, and enabling them to eternally realise the unproduced, permanent bliss. Thereafter, with this supreme cause, we respectfully dedicate blessings to all the Dharma-protecting devas, to the awe-inspiring, virtuous, efficacious, and discerning judges of merit and demerit throughout the three realms, to the deities of current devout residences and incense burners, to their natal stars, to ancestors of past generations, to the birth parents, to karmic adversaries and creditors, to those owed lives and property, and to all sentient beings in the Dharma realm, that they may all share in this benefit. We hope that heaven and earth will be in harmonious conjunction, that the pure and turbid will be clearly distinguished, that the four seas will be calm and peaceful, that the myriad people will delight in their livelihoods, that the winds and rains will be timely and auspicious, and that grains and fruits will abundantly ripen. Next, we pray that by the support of the precept-goodness of the men and women present, they may always attain auspicious blessings, that calamities and decline may be dispelled, that blessings and wisdom may arrive like clouds, and that, realising the illusory vanity of the world, they may cultivate many white deeds. We look up and trust that the Three Jewels perceive clearly and the devas luminously witness. For the above causes and conditions, we bow in reverence to the holy assembly. (The assembly disperses.)
