四年丁未 是歲上昭公《觀心二百問書》。序曰：景德四年，四明比丘（知禮）謹用為法之心，問義于浙陽昭講主。
Fourth year, dingwei. In this year he submitted the Letter of Two Hundred Questions on the Contemplation of Mind to Lord Zhao. The preface says: 'In the fourth year of Jingde, the bhikṣu (Zhili) of Siming respectfully, with a mind devoted to the Dharma, inquires into doctrinal meanings with Lecturer Zhao of Zheyang.'
