四年辛亥　是年師再狀經州乞給，使帖備錄上項，聖旨上石永為照據。使帖曰：（知禮）續於大中祥符四年三月，內經州著狀，乞備寫聖旨并前後使帖鐫上石刻，永作十方傳教住持。是年七月十七，給帖立石。

Fourth year, xinhai: In this year, the Master submitted another petition via the prefecture requesting to be issued an official commissioner's notice fully recording the above-mentioned items and the imperial decree to be engraved on stone forever as verifiable proof. The official notice states: 'Subsequently, in the third month of the fourth year of Dazhong xiangfu, (Zhili) submitted a petition via the prefecture requesting to copy in full the imperial decree and the earlier and later official notices and engrave them upon a stone inscription, that it forever remain an abbotship for the transmission of the teaching from the ten directions. On the seventeenth day of the seventh month of this year, the notice was issued and the stone was erected.'
