五年丁卯　師製《光明文句記》六卷於是歲。題曰：天聖五年[萉-巴+(日/(句-口+匕))]月三日記。然此記師迫歸寂，不及終帙。而後門人廣智（尚賢）法師，續記讚佛一品，方為足本。

Fifth year, dingmao: The Master composed the Guangming wenju ji (Commentary on the Words and Phrases of the Suvarṇaprabhāsa Sūtra) in six fascicles in this year. It is inscribed: 'Recorded on the third day of the [...] month of the fifth year of Tiansheng.' However, as the Master was nearing his return to stillness, he could not finish the entire work for this commentary. Later, his disciple, Dharma Master Guangzhi (Shangxian), continued the commentary for the chapter 'Praising the Buddha', only then making it a complete text.
