弟子（某甲）願從今日盡未來際，歸依佛兩足尊，歸依法離欲尊，歸依僧眾中尊（三說）。

I, disciple [Name], resolve from this day forward until the end of future time, to take refuge in the Buddha, the most honoured among two-legged beings; to take refuge in the Dharma, the most honoured among things free from desire; to take refuge in the Saṅgha, the most honoured among assemblies (said three times).
