1.87

仰白五座聖師十方盡虛空遍法界一切諸佛大地菩薩僧，此娑婆世界某國州縣諸弟子等，求我恭白諸佛菩薩乞受三聚淨戒。此諸弟子已是真實發菩提心，能生深信，於此淨戒誓願學行。惟願諸佛諸大菩薩，憐慜施與三聚淨戒（三白竟歸本座）。

"I respectfully announce to the five sacred masters, all the buddhas throughout the ten directions, exhausting empty space and pervading the dharmadhātu, and the saṅgha of bodhisattvas of the great stages: these disciples from such-and-such a country, prefecture, and county in this Sahā world implore me to reverently announce to the buddhas and bodhisattvas and beg to receive the three clusters of pure precepts. These disciples have already genuinely generated the bodhicitta and can give rise to deep faith, vowing to study and practice these pure precepts. May the buddhas and great bodhisattvas pity them and bestow the three clusters of pure precepts" (having announced this three times, returning to the original seat).
