說者應照（如上說者合圓融照），非說可了（但能說者必成謗法，復以雙輪而斥雙翼）。

'One who explains should illuminate' (an explainer such as the above ought to illuminate with perfect interfusion), 'yet this cannot be fully understood by explanation alone' (one who can only explain will inevitably slander the Dharma; this again uses the two wheels [of a cart] to rebuke [relying on only one of] two wings).
