七問：藏疏既未談理具諸法，是則一理隨緣變作諸法，則非無作。若不成無作，何得同今圓耶？

Question 7: Since Fazang's commentary does not speak of the theoretical possession of all dharmas, this means that a single principle follows conditions to transform and create all dharmas, which is not unconditioned/non-contrived. If it does not constitute non-contrivance, how can it be identical to our present perfect teaching?
