清泰濫處禪關，叨陪海眾。竊見諸方商略所疑，輒陳十種疑問，特伸請益。伏惟金錍在手、寶鑒當懷，俯賜發揮，永為良導。不勝萬幸。天聖元年三月初一日　清泰諮問延慶和尚法智大導師。

Qingtai has presumptuously occupied a place behind the Chan barrier, unworthily accompanying the oceanic assembly. Having privately observed the discussions and doubts raised in various quarters, I make bold to present ten kinds of doubtful questions, specially submitted to request your instruction. I humbly reflect that with the golden probe in your hand and the precious mirror held to your chest, deigning to elucidate them will serve as a constant good guide. My fortune would be boundless.
