二十五問：《四教義》第三云：三藏菩薩行菩薩道，二阿僧祇劫是煖法位，第三僧祇是頂法位（云云）。近代疑者云：《婆沙論》後身菩薩坐道樹下，始修四善根，一座成正覺。三藏教義多依《婆沙》，斯文相違何耶？

Twenty-fifth Question: The third fascicle of the Sijiaoyi says: 'When a bodhisattva of the Tripiṭaka practices the bodhisattva path, two asaṃkhyeya kalpas are the stage of the heat dharma, and the third asaṃkhyeya is the stage of the summit dharma,' and so forth. A recent doubter says: 'In the Vibhāṣā-śāstra, a bodhisattva in his final body sits under the Bodhi tree, only then begins cultivating the four wholesome roots, and in a single sitting achieves correct awakening. The doctrines of the Tripiṭaka Teaching mostly rely on the Vibhāṣā; why does this text contradict it?'
