六問：文殊無去有來疑。且此經序分，文殊為列眾之首，復為彌勒引古決答。至下三周之中，並無文殊入海之文，如何〈達多品〉忽於大海娑竭羅龍王宮涌出耶？

Question 6: Doubt concerning Mañjuśrī's having no departure but having an arrival. In the introductory section of this sūtra, Mañjuśrī is the head of the assembled assembly, and further cites antiquity to decisively answer Maitreya. Reaching down through the three cycles, there is no text whatsoever of Mañjuśrī entering the sea; why is it that in the "Devadatta" chapter he suddenly surges forth from the ocean palace of the dragon king Sāgara?
