古疏傳深旨，清流照瘦顏，
四方來問道，半世不離山。
養鶴憐終潔，看雲許共閑，
仍聞焚幻質，幾欲別人間。

Ancient commentaries transmit your profound purport; / clear streams reflect your lean countenance. / From the four quarters they come to inquire of the Way; / for half a lifetime you have not left the mountains. / Rearing cranes, you cherish their constant purity; / watching clouds, you let them share your leisure. / Yet I hear of your immolating this phantom form, / almost desiring to bid farewell to the human realm.
