祖師戒誓，志願彌深。碑石燼亡，辭存舊本。比丘（法振）紏率府郭弟子葉（枝榮）等，買石命匠刻鐫，用示見聞，共霑利益。時紹興五年歲次乙卯十月吉日，傳天台教觀住持法孫澄照大師覺先重立。

The ancestral master's admonitions and vows were exceedingly profound in their aspiration. The stone stele having perished in fire, the text was preserved only in an old manuscript. Bhikṣu Fazhen gathered disciples from the prefecture and city walls, such as Ye Zhirong and others, to purchase stone and commission craftsmen to carve it, so as to display it to all who see and hear, that all may share in the benefit. On an auspicious day in the tenth month of the year yimao, the fifth year of Shaoxing [1135], re-erected by Master Juexian, Great Master Chengzhao, Dharma grandson and abbot transmitting the Tiantai doctrinal teachings and contemplation.
