6.88

重城搖落逈，東望杳無窮，
溪信年來絕，山心夜未空。
靜思分禁月，遐聽極霜鴻，
早晚能相見，機忘道即同。

The layered walls are desolate and distant; gazing eastward, the expanse is infinite.
Word across the streams has ceased over recent years; the mountain mind is not yet empty at night.
In quiet contemplation, we share the moon of the forbidden quarters; listening far off, the frosted wild geese reach their limit.
Sooner or later, we shall be able to meet; when inclinations are forgotten, our Dao is the same.
