島寺鯨波匝，真修古亦稀，
晨齊禽睇鉢，夕講月生衣。
鑪靜檀烟直，龕遙燭影微，
何當浮桂檝，江上共忘機。

The island temple is surrounded by whale-surging waves; true cultivation has been rare even of old.
At the morning vegetarian meal, birds gaze at your bowl; during the evening lecture, the moon rises on your robe.
Before the quiet censer, sandalwood smoke rises straight; far within the shrine, candle shadows are faint.
When may I board a cassia oar, and together on the river forget all contrivance?
