中書門下牒兩浙轉運司。兩浙轉運司奏，准中書劄子分析轄下。諸州軍偽命宮觀寺院未曾賜額，如後台州天台縣傳教院宜賜定慧院為額。牒奉勅如前，宜令轉運司遍牒，逐處及更切子細勘會，如內有承天節已曾賜名額者，更不行。下牒至，准勅故牒。大中祥符元年七月三日牒。

Official communication from the Secretariat-Chancellery to the Liangzhe Fiscal Commission: The Liangzhe Fiscal Commission submitted a memorial in accordance with the directive of the Secretariat regarding the analysis under its jurisdiction. Among the various prefectures and military commands, shrines, Daoist abbeys, and Buddhist monasteries established under illegitimate regimes that have not yet been granted official plaques, the Chuanjiao Cloister of Tiantai County in Taizhou should be granted the plaque 'Dinghui Cloister.' In accordance with the aforementioned imperial decree, let the Fiscal Commission issue a general dispatch to each location, and conduct a further, rigorous investigation; if among them any have already been granted titles or plaques on the Chengtian Festival, no further action shall be taken. Once this communication arrives, act according to the decree; therefore this dispatch is issued. Dispatched on the third day of the seventh month in the first year of the Dazhong Xiangfu era.
