中書門下牒。明州傳教院僧延德乞改院額事牒，奉勅宜令明州分折本院見在殿宇房廊、功德佛像、住指僧人數目并起置年代，疾速聞奏。牒至，準勅故牒。太平興國六年十二月二十四日牒。中書侍郎兼兵部尚書平章事盧（押）。左僕射兼門下侍郎平章事（押）。司徒兼侍中（押）。

Dispatch of the Central Drafting Office and Chancellery. Regarding the petition of the monk Yande of Chuanjiao Cloister in Mingzhou requesting a change of the cloister's plaque, the imperial decree has been received: It is ordered that Mingzhou itemize and report without delay the cloister's existing halls, verandas, rooms, meritorious Buddha statues, the number of residing monks, and the year of its establishment. Upon receipt of this dispatch, act in accordance with the decree; hence this dispatch. Dispatched on the twenty-fourth day of the twelfth month of the sixth year of the Taiping Xingguo reign period.
