相望幾千里，曠然違道情，自茲成乍別，疑是隔浮生。
得旨探玄寂，無心競利名，苑齋正秋夜，
誰伴誦經聲。

Gazing at each other across several thousand leagues, / in vast detachment we run counter to worldly sentiment. / From this point on, suddenly parted, / it feels as if we are separated across a fleeting lifetime. / Having attained the essential purport, you plumb the dark quiescence; / with no mind for worldly gain or fame. / In the garden study on this autumn night, / who keeps company with the sound of chanting sūtras?
