四明延慶道場教主法智大師，皇宋四葉天聖六年示滅，殆今紹興甲戌一百二十有九年矣。月溪癡絕道人（希顏）頓首為之讚曰：

The Great Master Fazhi, head of doctrine of the Yanqing Bodhimaṇḍa in Siming, manifested extinction in the sixth year of the Tiansheng era [1028] under the fourth generation of the august Song, which down to the present jiaxu year of the Shaoxing era [1154] is one hundred and twenty-nine years. The Utterly Foolish Man of the Way of Yuexi, [Xiyan], bows his head and offers this eulogy, saying:
