理即者，偏真也。諸行無常，是生滅法，生滅滅已，寂滅為樂。因滅會真，滅非真諦，滅尚非真，況苦集道。真諦在因果事相之外，故依衍教判曰偏真。

Identity in principle is the biased real. All conditioned things are impermanent; they are dharmas of arising and ceasing; when arising and ceasing are extinguished, tranquil cessation is bliss. Realizing the real depends upon cessation, but cessation is not the truth of the real; if even cessation is not the real, how much less so are suffering, accumulation, and the path! The truth of the real lies outside the phenomena of causes and effects; hence, relying on the Mahāyāna teachings, it is classified as the biased real.
