「我比丘（某甲）至心迴向，三業所修一切善，供養十方恒沙佛，虛空法界盡未來願迴此福求佛道。」（廻向已禮三寶。）

"I, the bhikṣu [name], with utmost sincerity dedicate [all merit]: may all the good deeds cultivated by the three karmas be offered to the Buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges in the ten directions, throughout empty space and the dharmadhātu, to the exhaustion of the future; I vow to dedicate this blessing to seek the Buddha Way." (Having dedicated merit, bow to the Three Jewels.)
