法華三昧懺儀 1.20

「一切恭敬！一心敬禮十方常住佛。」（心隨身口一心頂禮，無分散意，了知此身如影不實，於能禮所禮心無所得，一切眾生亦同入此禮佛法界海中，總禮十方佛。一拜已次，當正身威儀，口自唱言：）

"With all reverence! With a single mind, I reverently bow to the Buddhas eternally abiding in the ten directions." (Mind following body and mouth, bow with a single mind, without a scattered mind, understanding that this body is like a shadow, unreal, and that in the bow-maker and the bowed-to, the mind finds nothing to grasp; all sentient beings likewise enter into this ocean of the dharmadhātu of bowing to the Buddhas, collectively bowing to the Buddhas of the ten directions. After making one prostration, one should straighten the body with dignified deportment, and chant aloud with one's mouth:)
