法華三昧懺儀 1.50

「一切天龍八部等，悉生哀憫，受我奉請，來到道場。是諸聖眾願悉證明，我於今日欲為十方一切六道眾生，修行大乘無上菩提，破一切障道重罪，願得法華三昧普現色身，於一念中供養一切十方三寶，於一念中普度一切十方六道一切眾生，令入一乘平等大慧故，於三七日一心精進，如經所說修行，願一切諸佛菩薩普賢大師本願力故受我懺悔，令我所行決定破諸罪障，法門現前如經所說。」（行者當自以智力陳說請佛所為之意。）

"May all the devas, nāgas, the eight classes, and the rest, all give rise to pity, receive my invocation and invitation, and come to the bodhimaṇḍa. May all these holy assemblies bear witness: today, on behalf of all sentient beings of the six destinies in the ten directions, I wish to cultivate the unexcelled bodhi of the Mahāyāna and destroy all heavy sins that obstruct the path. I vow to attain the universal manifestation of physical form of the Lotus Samādhi, in a single thought-moment to make offerings to all the Three Jewels of the ten directions, and in a single thought-moment to universally deliver all sentient beings of the six destinies throughout the ten directions, causing them to enter the equal great wisdom of the One Vehicle. For this reason, for three periods of seven days with single-minded energetic application, I cultivate according to what the sūtra teaches. I pray that, by the power of the original vows of all Buddhas, bodhisattvas, and the Great Master Samantabhadra, they will accept my repentance, causing my practice to decisively destroy all sinful obstacles, and the Dharma doors to appear before me as described in the sūtra." (The practitioner should express the purpose for inviting the Buddhas using their own wisdom.)
