“I, [name], take refuge and bow my head to all Buddhas and World-Honoured Ones of the ten directions; I pray that you will bear witness and know that from beginninglessness up to this day, all roots of goodness practiced through my three karmas—giving, morality, meditation, and wisdom, up to repentance, entreaty, and rejoicing—I gather together now and dedicate to bestow upon all sentient beings of the dharmadhātu, so that they may together realize bodhi, equal to all Buddhas.” (Having dedicated merit, take refuge and bow to the Three Jewels.)
