1.46

「我比丘（某甲）歸命頂禮十方一切諸佛世尊，願作證知，我從無始至於今日，三業所修一切諸善，施戒善慧，乃至懺悔勸請隨喜，攝取現前，迴施法界一切眾生，同證菩提如諸佛等。」（迴向已歸命禮三寶）

"I, the monk [name], take refuge and bow my head to all Buddhas and World-Honoured Ones of the ten directions, praying that they bear witness and know: all the goodness cultivated through the three karmas by me from beginningless time until today—giving, morality, wholesome wisdom, up to repenting, exhorting, and rejoicing—gathering them before me, I dedicate and bestow them upon all sentient beings throughout the Dharma realm, that together they may realize bodhi equal to all Buddhas." (Having dedicated, take refuge and bow to the Three Jewels.)
