「一心奉請，南無千手千眼大慈大悲觀世音自在菩薩摩訶薩（運想如佛，但改云觀世音菩薩亦如是，下去菩薩聲聞隨位改之）。」

"With whole mind I invite: Namo the Thousand-Armed, Thousand-Eyed, Greatly Kind and Greatly Compassionate Avalokiteśvara Sovereign Bodhisattva Mahāsattva. (Direct the visualization as for the Buddha, but changing the words to: 'Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva is also like this'; modify it below for the bodhisattvas and śrāvakas according to their positions.)"
