「千手千眼觀世音菩薩摩訶薩，乘本願力來到我前，神呪加持頓消三障，大勢至菩薩、總持王等諸大菩薩，摩訶迦葉諸大聲聞，同運慈悲俱時來降。」
"May the Thousand-Armed, Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, riding on the power of original vows, arrive before me, and through empowerment of the divine mantra immediately extinguish the three obstacles; may Mahāsthāmaprāpta Bodhisattva, Dhāraṇīrāja, and the other great bodhisattvas, and Mahākāśyapa and the other great śrāvakas, together exercise compassion and descend at the same time."
