「南無十方佛，　南無十方法，　南無十方僧，　南無本師釋迦牟尼佛，　南無阿彌陀佛，　南無千光王靜住佛，　南無廣大圓滿無閡大悲心大陀羅尼，　南無千手千眼觀世音菩薩，　南無大勢至菩薩，　南無總持王菩薩。」（或三稱或七稱，旋遶已還至像前，三自歸：）

"Homage to the Buddhas of the ten directions; homage to the Dharma of the ten directions; homage to the Saṅgha of the ten directions; homage to our fundamental teacher, Śākyamuni Buddha; homage to Amitābha Buddha; homage to Sahasrasūryaprabharāja Buddha; homage to the Vast, Perfect, Unimpeded, Great Compassionate Heart Great Dhāraṇī; homage to the Thousand-Armed and Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva; homage to Mahāsthāmaprāpta Bodhisattva; homage to Dhāraṇīrāja Bodhisattva." (Chant either three times or seven times; having circumambulated, return to the front of the image, and take the three refuges:)
