（請三寶已，眾名起立合掌，令施主手執香爐，跪對三寶，專聽陳意。須流淚懇告，必取所成，求大吉祥，除滅災障。心念三寶，微妙功德，口同宣偈，讚歎呪願：）

(Having invited the Three Jewels, the assembly rises and joins palms, having the dānapati hold an incense burner in hand, kneeling before the Three Jewels and listening attentively to the statement of intent. Tears should flow as one earnestly petitions, resolved to achieve what is sought, seeking great auspiciousness and eliminating calamities and obstacles. Mindfully reflecting on the wondrous merits of the Three Jewels, all chant the verse in unison to praise and make aspiration:)
