1.87

別行經云：「此呪若誦一遍，無間地獄碎如微塵，於中受苦眾生，悉生極樂世界。若梵書此呪於鍾鼓鈴鐸作聲木上等，有諸眾生得聞聲者，所有十惡五逆等罪悉皆消滅，不墮惡趣之中。」

A separate circulating sūtra says: “If one recites this mantra once, the Avīci Hell will be shattered into fine dust, and the sentient beings suffering within it will all be reborn in the Land of Ultimate Bliss. If this mantra is written in Sanskrit characters on bells, drums, hand-bells, sounding wood, and the like, whenever sentient beings hear their sound, all sins such as the ten unwholesome deeds and the five heinous crimes will be completely eradicated, and they will not fall into the evil destinies.”
