又如下經云：想彼佛者，先當想像，見一金像坐彼華上。既想見已，心眼即開，了了分明，及見彼國一切莊嚴。此亦是彌陀三力外加故見佛，故名見佛三昧增上緣。

Furthermore, as the sūtra below states: to visualize that Buddha, one should first visualize an image, seeing a golden image sitting upon that flower. Once one has visualized and seen it, the eye of the mind opens, clear and distinct, and one sees all the adornments of that land. This too is seeing the Buddha through the external addition of Amitābha's three powers; hence it is called the adhipati-pratyaya of the samādhi of seeing the Buddha.
