又此經下卷初云，佛說：「一切眾生根性不同，有上中下。隨其根性，佛皆勸專念無量壽佛名。其人命欲終時，佛與聖眾自來迎接，盡得往生。」此亦是攝生增上緣。

Furthermore, the beginning of the second fascicle of this sūtra states that the Buddha said: "The root faculties of all sentient beings are different, being superior, middling, and inferior. In accord with their root faculties, the Buddha in all cases encourages them exclusively to be mindful of the name of Amitāyus Buddha. When that person is about to die, the Buddha along with the noble assembly will personally come to welcome them, and they all attain rebirth." This is also the adhipati-pratyaya of embracing sentient beings.
