問：「彌勒菩薩，一生補處，即得成佛。上品十善，得生彼處，見彌勒菩薩，隨從下生三會之中，自然而得聖果。何須求生西方淨土耶？」

Question: "Maitreya Bodhisattva is ekajāti-pratibaddha and will soon attain buddhahood. By the superior grade of the ten wholesome actions, one attains rebirth in that place, sees Maitreya Bodhisattva, follows him when he descends to be born, and in the midst of the three assemblies naturally attains the noble fruit. Why is it necessary to seek rebirth in the western pure land?"
