答曰：如《度諸佛境界經》說「若諸眾生緣於如來生諸行者，斷無數劫地獄畜生餓鬼。若有眾生一念作意緣如來者，所得功德不可稱量，百千萬億那由他諸大菩薩不能計挍知其邊際。」

Answer: As the Sarvabuddhaviṣayāvatāra Sūtra states: 'If sentient beings, taking the Tathāgata as an object of condition, generate practices, they will sever countless kalpas of hells, animals, and hungry ghosts. If there are sentient beings who in a single thought-moment direct their attention to focus on the Tathāgata, the merit obtained cannot be measured; hundreds of thousands of myriads of koṭis of nayutas of great bodhisattvas cannot calculate or know its limits.'
