1.40

釋曰：如是十念，既非凡夫，當知初地以上菩薩乃能具足如是十念。於純淨土為下輩因，是為隱密義之十念。

Interpretation: Since these ten recitations are not those of worldly people, one should know that only bodhisattvas of the first bhūmi and above can be endowed with these ten recitations. Serving as the cause of the lower grade for the purely pure land, this is the ten recitations of the implicit meaning.
