勸君四，莫令念佛心移忘，臨終極樂寶華迎，觀音勢至俱來至。

I admonish you, fourth: do not let the mind of buddhānusmṛti stray or forget; at the end of life the jeweled flowers of Sukhāvatī welcome you, and Avalokiteśvara and Mahāsthāmaprāpta both arrive.
