由結此印、真言威力故，即變此大千世界成極樂剎，七寶為地，水鳥樹林皆演法音。無量莊嚴，如經所說。行者由數習此定，每於定中見極樂世界無量壽佛，在大眾會，聞說契經。臨命終時，心不散動，三昧現在，剎那迅速生蓮華中，證菩薩位。

By virtue of forming this mudrā and the power of the mantra, this chiliocosm is transformed into the Land of Ultimate Bliss, with the ground made of the seven jewels, and water, birds, trees, and groves all expounding the sounds of the Dharma. The immeasurable adornments are just as described in the sūtras. Because the practitioner frequently practices this samādhi, they will see in every meditation the Buddha of Immeasurable Life in the Land of Ultimate Bliss, amidst the great assembly, and hear him preach the sūtras. At the end of life, their mind will not be distracted or disturbed, the samādhi will be present before them, and in an instant they will be born into a lotus flower and realize the bodhisattva stage.
