此真言纔誦一遍，身中十惡、四重、無間罪、一切業障悉皆消滅。若苾芻苾芻尼犯根本罪，誦七遍，即時還得清淨。誦滿萬遍，獲得不廢忘菩提心三昧，菩薩心顯現，身中皎潔圓明如淨月輪。臨命終時，見無量壽與大眾俱來迎安慰，即生極樂上品上生。

As soon as this mantra is recited once, the ten unwholesome deeds, the four grave offenses, the offenses of the uninterrupted hells, and all karmic hindrances in the body are completely eradicated. If a bhikṣu or bhikṣuṇī violates a fundamental precept, upon reciting it seven times, they will immediately regain purity. When one recites it a full ten thousand times, one attains the samādhi of never abandoning or forgetting the bodhicitta; the bodhisattva mind becomes manifest, and within one’s body it is bright, round, and clear like a pure moon disk. At the time of death, one will see Immeasurable Life coming with the great assembly to welcome and console them, and one will immediately attain rebirth in the highest grade of the highest class in the Land of Ultimate Bliss.
